How to reach us

Email hello@eiffeltowerparistours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.

We are a booking guide rather than a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. If you have already booked, the operator’s own confirmation email is the fastest route — it carries the reference number and the contact the operator actually monitors.

If your booking has a problem

Go to the platform you booked through first. Every listing on this site carries a cancellation window on its own card, and the platform is the only party that can act on it. If the tour was cancelled or the top was closed on your date, that is where a refund is arranged.

Corrections

If a figure here is wrong, tell us and we will change it. Hours change with the season, rates change without much warning, and an operator can rewrite a listing overnight. Tell us and it gets corrected, usually the same week.

Who writes this

Eiffel Tower Paris Tours is a small editorial team. Hours, prices and access are checked against the monument’s own published pages before each update, and the date of the last check sits at the top of every page. Where a figure is disputed, you get both readings and the reason for the gap.

The monument itself

We are not the Eiffel Tower and we do not sell its tickets. For anything about the monument itself — a closure, a lost item, an official booking — the Société d’Exploitation de la Tour Eiffel is the only body that can answer.
